Tile, sheeting and IBR. Re-pitches, leak repairs, full re-roofs, chimney flashings, ridge re-bedding. We work in winter rain and don't leave it open overnight.

What we
actually do.
We're not a referral service. Every trade below is done by ZK staff, on ZK insurance, with ZK tools. One foreman, one invoice, one phone number when something goes sideways.
All trades

Waterproofing
Liquid membrane, torch-on, acrylic systems. Flat roofs, balconies, parapets, planter boxes, retaining walls. Hose-tested before we sign off.

Plastering
Sand-cement plaster on new builds and patching on old work. Crack-stitched where it needs it.

Skimming
Glass-smooth gypsum finish over plaster or board. The kind paint actually deserves.

Tiling
Porcelain, ceramic, mosaic. Wet rooms, kitchens, stoeps. Set on level beds, joints uniform, grout sealed.

Painting
Interior and exterior. Proper prep — wash, fill, sand, prime, two top-coats. Plascon, Dulux, Prominent on request.

Paving
Cobble, brick, slab. Edge restraints, base compacted, joints sanded. Driveways that hold a bakkie's weight.

Renovations
Kitchens, bathrooms, room additions. Single point of contact, single quote, single crew running the trades in order.

Carpentry
Doors, frames, skirtings, built-ins, decking timber. Pine, meranti and saligna stocked.

Decking
Hardwood and composite decks, pergolas, screens. Sealed and oiled before handover.

Electrical
Lights, plugs, DB boards, geyser circuits and fault-finding. Done by a registered electrician — CoC issued on completion.

Bonding & Maintenance
Brick bonding, grout repair, gutter clears, hinge swaps, the small list that's been sitting on the fridge. Day-rate or fixed-price.
